Elvis Presley’s hair for 15 000 dollars at auction
New York / Chicago. A tuft of hair from Elvis Presley is in Chicago at auction for the equivalent of 10 000 euros have been. As the "Chicago Tribune" reported on Monday, went dark hair to an unknown telephone bidder.
The highest price at the auction reached a white cotton shirt with a monogram of "EP", which was for 52 000 dollars (35 000) under the hammer. The prices will still add an auction fee of 22 percent.
The memorabilia came from the collection of the American Gary Pepper, who was friends with the "King of Rock'n'Roll" and is president of a fan club.
